Nothing screams spring like the tulips. They come in all different shapes and sizes with their flamboyant colours and frilly flowers.
Here at Forde Abbey, we plant thousands of tulips and we are expecting an explosion of colour this spring.
We have chosen early, mid and later flowering varieties to flower right from the beginning of April to mid May. There are some carefully selected combinations in various heart-warming colours to welcome you all. A mixture of wild species have been planted in other parts of the garden to blend in harmoniously with the wildflower meadows.
We would like to particularly point you towards our Tulip Swirl which is very popular. Thousands of visitors come from far and wide every year to see our tulip display and we look forward to welcoming you all.
